Aero Tone

An invigorating workout combining high and low impact exercises - designed to burn fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen and tone the whole body.

Hatha Yoga

A gentle introduction to Yoga for the beginner, Hatha Yoga is the complete session of health and fitness for the mind, body and spirit. Incorporating breathing, balance, inverted posture and relaxation techniques.

Felden Krais Method

An exciting new form of exercise not to dissimilar to Pilates, suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. The Feldenkrais Method is a relaxing movement class for improving coordination, flexibility, and body awareness. Learn to move with greater ease, power and confidence by discovering how to coordinate your entire body in harmonious action.

Over 55's Club

This class is especially for those of you that are 55 years or older. A fun yet invigorating workout designed to prolong your independance, as well as improve your health and wellbeing.

Pricing

Each 1-hour class costs £5 and should be paid upon arrival.
